Electronics and magnets change the magnetic field around them. A jump of more than 50 µT over the starting value means there is something inside worth a closer look. Chargers, speakers and metal raise it too; take off a MagSafe case before you start.

No camera-like device is on the network or nearby. Finish the other checks: the Lens Finder and Lights-Off Test catch cameras that don’t use the network.

Hotels, rentals and spas that scan their own rooms with Hidden Eye and publish every report on hiddeneye.ai. Each page shows the latest scans, how many rooms were scanned and how many guests scanned there.

The venue scanned its rooms itself with Hidden Eye’s venue mode, on site. Every venue-mode scan is published with its date and can’t be edited afterwards.

Apply on the For venues page. We verify that you run the place, you scan your rooms in the app and your page goes live.

Hidden Eye doesn’t watch you. Lens Finder, Lights-Off Test, Mirror Test, Electronics Finder, Device Scan, Tracker Check and Night Watch run only on your phone. AI Scan photos are analysed on our server and kept with your result until you delete it. Listing screenshots are analysed and not stored. AI Scan Coach frames are sent only if you allow it and are deleted within 7 days.

No. Hidden Eye works without sign-up. Your installation gets an anonymous ID.

No. It knows you’re moving from the motion sensor and compares the Bluetooth devices around you.
