1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and Moneo YAZILIM A.Ş. ("Company," "we," "us"). By downloading and using the HiddenEye mobile application ("Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Application.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

While some features of the Application are free, access to advanced features ("Premium") may require a monthly or yearly subscription.

• Payments and subscription management are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your payment information is processed by these platforms and is not stored by us.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

4. User Obligations

As a User, you agree not to:

• Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Interfere with the operation of the Application or harm its servers.
• Use the Application on any property where you do not have permission to be. Violating the privacy rights of others is strictly prohibited.
• You understand that the Application is a security tool but does not provide an absolute guarantee of security.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Application, including the logo, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Moneo YAZILIM A.Ş. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the Application will detect all hidden devices. Scan results may be affected by environmental factors, the quality of device sensors, and other variables. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application or from decisions made based on its results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moneo YAZILIM A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Application.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the Application from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul (Anatolian), Turkey.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
