The HiddenEye application ("Application") is provided to you by Moneo YAZILIM A.Ş. ("we," "us," or "our"). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

Our Application is designed to not collect personal information, prioritizing user privacy.

Non-Personal Information

To improve the performance and user experience of the Application, we may collect non-personal and anonymized data. Our analytics system is cookieless to enhance user privacy.

• Usage Data: Anonymous interaction data, such as which features are used and how often.
• Device Information: Anonymous technical information, such as device model and operating system version.
• Device Identifier (Device ID): We collect an anonymous identifier unique to your device to manage your subscription status and generate anonymous usage statistics. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.
• Performance Data: Application crash reports and performance metrics.

Data Accessed for Application Functionality

To provide the core features of the Application, access to certain sensors and information on your device is required. Except for the Artificial Intelligence feature mentioned below, this data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to or stored on our servers:

• Camera Access: Camera access is required for the Infrared (IR) Scanner feature. This access is solely used to detect infrared light dots. The Application absolutely does not record, store, or transmit any video or photos.
• Wi-Fi and Network Information: The Network Analysis feature scans devices connected to your local Wi-Fi network. This information is only displayed to you on the application screen.

Artificial Intelligence Feature and Data Processing

As part of our AI-powered scanning feature, we may process visual data, such as photos or videos you submit through the app, to analyze suspicious objects. To provide this service, we use third-party AI service providers like OpenAI. We reserve the right to use different service providers in the future to improve service quality.

Visual data submitted for AI analysis is temporarily stored for a maximum period of 7 days for processing and service quality verification. At the end of this period, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use the anonymous data we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Application.
• Improve and analyze our Application.
• Identify and fix application errors and crashes.
• Verify and manage subscription statuses.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share anonymized data with the following third-party service providers:

• Analytics Providers (e.g., Google Firebase): To analyze application usage.
• Subscription Management (Adapty): We use Adapty to manage, verify, and analyze premium subscriptions. Adapty may process your anonymized device identifier to provide this service. You can access Adapty's privacy policy here.
• Artificial Intelligence Providers (OpenAI): To provide the AI-powered scanning feature. You can access OpenAI's privacy policy here.

Data Security

We use commercially acceptable measures to protect the security of your information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
